Code Enforcement Updates Council on Demolitions and ABC Licenses

The Princeton City Council at its last meeting received several updates from Code Enforcement Officer Alan Getz, who provided insights into ongoing projects and pending requests.

Getz informed the Council that he had no significant updates, as he is still awaiting a response from the state regarding the submitted retail package license increase. He also mentioned receiving a request for a catering ABC license, which is not currently covered by the City’s ordinances.

In his code enforcement update, Getz reported that a home at 110 Ratliff Street had been demolished.

He also mentioned that they are planning to demolish a few more homes in the city and are in the process of obtaining bids for the work.

Additionally, Getz noted that he is still waiting for the return of several Amnesty Programs before moving forward with those projects.
