As quilt enthusiasts, exhibits, and vendors from all over the world travel to our area for Quilt Week, we were fortunate to catch up with one of them on WPKY’s “Coffee Talk with Tess” Tuesday morning! Local quilter Dee Robinson has taken her hobby on the road, and in doing so found herself a semi-finalist at the prestigious AQS QuiltWeek Contest Awards. Wish her luck as the ceremony will be held at Walker Hall in Paducah tonight (4/22/25). The AQS Quilt Week Contest is top of the list for quilter enthusiasts and the industry itself, and Dee said she was honored to be considered amongst the best. Listen to her visit below:
