Despite a rainy start last Friday morning, the annual Caldwell Chamber of Commerce golf scramble was a success, with numerous teams competing for top honors and raffle prizes generously provided by Chamber members.
Chamber Golf Committee Chair Darren Ramey, of Farless Realty in Princeton, told WPKY’s News Edge that they had a strong turnout for the event, with 20 teams participating in the golf scramble and support from 24 hole sponsors. He says the competition ended in a tie, but after a countback, Farmers Bank of Princeton was declared the winner., and the team sponsored by Dr. Ellie Jolly of Cadiz claimed second place.
