A Dawson Springs woman was indicted by a Christian County Grand Jury Friday on multiple charges, including drug possession.
A true bill was returned on Kristy Hale on charges of first-degree possession of a controlled substance, 2nd offense – methamphetamine, possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a vehicle, expired Kentucky registration, improper display of registration plates, no tail lamps, and excessive windshield window tint.
According to the Christian County Sheriff’s Office, deputies stopped Hale on May 25 for a broken tail light and noticed an open alcoholic beverage container inside the vehicle.
Authorities also noted that she had an active warrant in Hopkins County for failure to appear.
During a search of her belongings, deputies reported finding suspected meth.
