Loman Scarbrough, Founder and President of the Hopkins County Sportsmen and Sportswomen Club, visited WPKY’s “Coffee Talk with Tess” this week to introduce us to the club, and talk about the recent “turn over” of Earlington Lake, that has anglers and locals worried about the hundreds of dead fish floating near the shore. Scarbrough wanted to reassure anglers there doesn’t seem to be any catfish or bass among those floating, and in his opinion, could be due to an overpopulation of crappie. Listen to the visit below.
