The Caldwell County Primary School recently opened its doors for parents and the youngest students in the local school system to explore the building.
The open house allowed the students to find their classrooms, meet their teachers, and get to know the place they will be spending the upcoming school year. There were a lot of pictures being taken and questions being asked as the parents and staff were assuring the students they would figure it all out soon.
Jamie Maddox teaches 2nd grade and welcomed her students as they entered her classroom.
The second graders in her class were checking out the room, but were excited to be getting back to school.
