The time for the annual Black Patch Festival is here, and it will feature some past favorites plus some new activities for the celebration.
One new activity this year is the Black Patch Fifth Quarter to be held on Friday night after the home football game at Northside Baptist Church. Zach East from Northside tells about the event.

click to download audioThere will also be a lot of regular favorites during the Festival. The Princeton Kiwanis Club will kick off the morning with their famous pancake breakfast held in the basement of Ogden Church on Main Street. The Butler/Caldwell County Reunion at the Butler Campus, Dog Show at Big Springs Park, D.J. music from 5-7 on West Court Square, Gospel Singing at First Baptist, and Alumni Soccer Game at Butler Field. Lots of free activities for children, including bouncy houses, bubbles, and games on Main Street. The Petting Zoo and Petal Tractors, and 4-H activities at City Hall.
FFA Advisor Magen Woods invites everyone to come to the events planned on the City Hall grounds at the end of Main Street.
