Marlon “Dale” Merrick, age 57, of Princeton, KY, passed away on Monday, September 8, 202,5 at his home. Mr. Merrick was born on April 8, 1968, in Madisonville, KY. He worked for many years in cybersecurity.
Mr. Merrick is survived by his wife ~ Linda Cooper Merrick of Princeton, KY; two daughters ~ Harleigh Merrick-Childers and her husband, Ryne, of Dawson Springs, KY; and McKinzee Merrick of Princeton, KY; a step-son ~ Justin (Megan) Cooper of Texas; two half-sisters ~ Heather Futrell of Benton, KY and Mandy Merrick of Princeton, KY; and seven grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his mother ~ Ruth Haile; sister ~ Judith Barnett; brother ~ Wayne Barnett and his father-in-law ~ Virgil Cooper.
There will be no services for Marlon “Dale” Merrick at this time.
