An Eddyville man has been arrested and charged with multiple offenses following a domestic disturbance in Lyon County last week.
Lyon County Sheriff Brent White says deputies and state police responded to a disturbance on KY 1055 around 7:30 p.m. Thursday, where they determined a domestic dispute had occurred between two adults.
According to Sheriff White, 38-year-old Austin Wilson was taken into custody by state police on a McCracken District Court bench warrant for failing to appear in a drug and traffic-related case.
In addition, Sheriff White says deputies charged Wilson with second-degree strangulation and fourth-degree assault related to domestic violence. He was booked into the Crittenden County Detention Center.
