A juvenile was taken to a hospital after a golf cart overturned in Lyon County.
According to Lyon County Sheriff Brent White, a deputy and first responders were sent to a golf cart accident on Holiday Hills Drive just before 6 p.m. Saturday, October 4.
He said the investigation revealed 33-year-old Sharon Carlton of Macedonia, Illinois, was driving a rented golf cart when the right wheels left the road, causing her to lose control, travel up an embankment, and overturn.
Sheriff White said a juvenile female was transported by Lyon County EMS to an area hospital for injuries. He noted that three other occupants were not injured.
