A newcomer to Princeton’s small business community has announced plans to not reopen next year.
On Sunday, the owners of Fat Jack’s Snoballs Icy Sweet Treats, Kathryn Rothmann and her husband, Lewis Gill, shared on social media that they have made the “difficult decision” not to reopen next season and expressed their gratitude to the community for its support.
They also mentioned that the building at 326 South Jefferson Street is now for sale.
Fat Jack’s Snoballs opened in Princeton in May 2023, featuring New Orleans-style snoballs in 42 flavors, along with a selection of snacks.
