The Fredonia Heritage Society and the Fredonia American Legion Post 103 honored veterans with their annual Veterans Day Program on Tuesday morning at the Fredonia Veterans Memorial Park in Fredonia.
The American Legion Color Guard raised new flags to be flown at the Park after the Air Vac Helicopter made a flyover. Two special groups of Veterans were selected to be honored this year during the ceremony: the Charlie Company Army Reserve Unit from Princeton and the Kentucky Army National Guard from Marion.
