
A Princeton man is facing additional charges after authorities say he was found with illegal substances while being arrested on a warrant Saturday evening.
According to Assistant Princeton Police Chief Shane Allison, 41-year-old Kevin Dzikowski was taken into custody around 5:20 p.m. on a Caldwell County Bench Warrant for failing to appear on a felony charge.
During the execution of the warrant, officers said Dzikowski was also found in possession of multiple illicit substances and drug paraphernalia.
Dzikowski was additionally charged with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth), 2nd offense, second-degree possession of a synthetic drug, 2nd offense, third-degree possession of a controlled substance, prescription controlled substance not in proper container, possession of drug paraphernalia, and failure of a non-owner operator to maintain required insurance. He was lodged in the Caldwell County Jail.
