
A Dawson Springs man and a St. Charles man were indicted this month by the Hopkins County Grand Jury on charges of wanton endangerment.
A true bill was returned on Chad Rowland, Jr. of Dawson Springs on charges of operating a vehicle without insurance, expired registration plates, failure to notify the Department of Transportation of an address change, first-degree criminal mischief, and two counts of first-degree wanton endangerment. According to the indictment, the charges stem from an incident on or about August 15, 2025, investigated by the Hopkins County Sheriff’s Office.
And Billy Hall of St. Charles was indicted on charges of first-degree wanton endangerment, reckless driving, and leaving the scene of an accident, related to an incident on or about August 11, 2025, that was investigated by the Dawson Springs Police Department.
In addition, Presley Suttle of Nortonville was indicted in connection with an incident on or about July 8, 2025, investigated by the Dawson Springs Police Department. Suttle was indicted on charges of leaving the scene of an accident, second-degree criminal mischief, two counts of violating an Emergency Protection Order, and three counts of first-degree wanton endangerment.
