The Caldwell County Grand Jury handed down indictments from its December session on several cases with charges ranging from theft and forgery to rape and fleeing from police.
A true bill was returned on Billy Vickrey, Jr., also known as Bo Vickrey, on charges of first-degree sexual abuse and first-degree rape. The indictment follows a Kentucky State Police investigation into an incident that reportedly took place between July 15, 2025, and September 1, 2025.
The indictment alleges that, on two separate occasions, Vickrey,, who is over the age of 21, subjected a person under the age of 16 to sexual contact. The indictment further claims Vickrey engaged in sexual intercourse with another person by means of forcible compulsion.
Jennifer Quisenberry of Hopkinsville was indicted on two counts of theft by unlawful taking over $1,000 or more, and sixteen counts of second-degree forgery.
The charges are from a Princeton Police Department investigation, where detectives reported that Quisenberry was employed as a house cleaner for several clients in Caldwell County between February 2024 and September 2025.
Police said that the investigation revealed Quisenberry forged sixteen checks from three clients, totaling $6,500, and also stole $2,500 in cash from one client while cleaning their home.
Donnie Riley of Princeton was indicted on multiple charges, including possession of an open alcohol beverage container in a vehicle, operating a vehicle with a revoked or suspended license, failure to maintain required insurance on a second offense, and second-degree fleeing or evading police, along with an additional violation.
On November 2, 2025, Princeton Police reported that officers attempted to conduct a traffic stop after Riley failed to use his turn signal while making a left turn from South Jefferson Street onto West Washington Street.
According to police, Riley didn’t stop and continued driving, turning down multiple streets before finally coming to a stop at the corner of North Seminary and Calvert streets.
Officers said a records check showed Riley’s driver’s license was suspended, and he was then taken into custody.
