An Eddyville man has been indicted and arrested in Lyon County on a charge of child sexual abuse.
Lyon County Sheriff Brent White reports that 39-year-old Randall Kyle was taken into custody at approximately 8:00 a.m. on Monday, December 15, after being indicted on a charge of first-degree sexual abuse involving a victim under 12 years old.
He noted that Kyle was already on the Kentucky Sex Offender Registry at the time of his arrest.
According to Sheriff White, Kyle posted a $10,000 cash bond and was later released from custody.
