A Texas man was arrested this week on a Caldwell County warrant.
According to Sheriff Don Weedman, 44-year-old Robert Jessup of White Deer was taken into custody on Monday on a Caldwell Circuit Court warrant for failure to comply with the sex offender registration.
Jessup was booked into the Caldwell County Jail.
