Princeton Optimist Club Installs New Officers

The Princeton Optimist Club met Tuesday night at the Majestic House for the final meeting of the year. Following the regular meeting the new Optimist Club Officers for the 2026 year were installed into their individual offices to take effect on January 1st. Leading the local Optimist Club for the year will be President David Morris who is looking forward to continuing the recent success of the club.

click to download audioLong time Optimist Club member Roy Gene Rogers will be returning to the Board of Directors beginning the first year of a three year term on the board.

click to download audioOther officers filling out the leadership team for the upcoming year are Jo Ann Coomer who will be returning serving as the club secretary, Mitch Coomer as the club chaplin and retiring club President Shirley Gray as club past president.

The Princeton Optimist Club meets the last Tuesday of each month at 6:00 pm at the Majestic House. They always welcome interested community members to come visit with the club and consider joining them as they support the youth activities in the local community.
