Chelsea Puckett/Caldwell County Jail mugshot
A Princeton woman is facing charges after local law enforcement was sent to a possible emergency protection order violation that led to a pursuit over the weekend.
According to Caldwell County Sheriff Don Weedman, deputies were sent to the area of Cecil Sigler Road on Sunday regarding a possible EPO violation. Upon arrival, the deputy saw 35-year-old Chelsea Puckett pull into the driveway and get out of her vehicle, at which point she was told she was not free to leave.
Puckett reportedly got back into her vehicle and drove off, leading to a pursuit that ended near Thompson Road on Kentucky Highway 70.
Puckett was taken into custody and charged with violation of Kentucky EPO, first-degree fleeing or evading police, and resisting arrest. She was lodged in the Caldwell County Jail.
