The Caldwell County High School Cheerleaders recently competed in the National Cheerleading Competition at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida. In addition to their contest they were able to experience some time to enjoy the Disney Parks. Three of the local cheerleaders reported on their time in Orlando and their competition. They are excited to share they placed in the top 10 percent of their division but the weather inside the Disney Parks was fairly cold with temperatures only in the 40’s.
Cora Rogers is a Junior Cheerleader on the team who has made previous trip to the contest in Orlando and told about her experience.
Rogers shared the results from the competition.
Jadaya Woolfork is a Senior Cheerleader and noted she gave her all for this contest.
Woolfork noted her favorite part of the trip and being a cheerleader.
Bayleigh Dorroh is a Sophomore on the team and is grateful for the Senior Cheerleaders.
Dorroh encourages younger students to get involved in cheerleading.
The high school cheerleaders continue to be active cheering on the basketball teams for their seasons.
