Therese Falder, 76, of Princeton

Therese Ann Falder, 76, of Princeton, passed away on Thursday, March 5, 2026, while traveling in Council Bluffs, Iowa.

She was born on January 22, 1950, in Wisconsin to her late parents, Edward and Mary (Ryan) Cribben. Therese grew up in Janesville, Wisconsin, before moving to San Diego, California, where she married her husband, John, at the North Island Naval Air Station. After his service concluded, she and her husband moved to Mayfield, Kentucky, before eventually settling in Princeton, where they expanded the family business by opening Falders Farm, Home and Industry Supply in 1983. Therese was a natural cook and baker who also loved gardening and traveling, especially when it meant spending time with her grandchildren. She faithfully served for many years on the board of Caldwell County Youth, Inc., and was a member of St. Paul’s Catholic Church.

Therese is survived by her husband of 55 years, John Falder; daughter, Emily (Orlan) Foster of Glenwood, IN; two sons, Chris (Christy) Falder of Mayfield, Aaron (Margie) Falder of Eddyville; three sisters, JoAnna Ryder, Barbara Schwartz, Kate (Mike) Hohenstein, all of Wisconsin; brother, Pat Cribben of Wisconsin; eight grandchildren, Orlan (OP) Foster, Stella Foster, Silas Foster, Tyler Falder, Olivia Jackson, Isaiah Jackson, Kaylee Tucker, Colby Walker; and three great-grandchildren, Nora Lancaster, Hudson Walker, Cade Falder.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her two sisters, Laurie Coyne and Jeanne Howard; one brother, Gerard Cribben.

A memorial mass will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 14, 2026, at St. Paul’s Catholic Church in Princeton with Father Brad Whistle officiating.

Visitation will be held from 10:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, March 14, 2026, at Morgan’s Funeral Home.
