Public Can Now Pay More Court Costs Online

Caldwell County residents can now pay more court costs online eliminating a trip to the courthouse to make a payment.

According to Caldwell County Circuit Court Clerk Danny Hooks, the Administrative Offices of the Court is now allowing court costs, fees, fines or restitution to be paid online across the state with new ePay options to pay in full or make partial payments over time.
Previously, only prepayable cases paid in full were eligible for online payment.
With ePay, officials say you can now get text reminders and make payments without going to the courthouse.
To make a full or partial payment on court fines and fees, visit kycourts.gov and click on Pay Fine/Fee.
