No Knock Warrant Reform Bill Passes Kentucky Senate

Legislation that will change requirements surrounding the execution of no-knock warrants in Kentucky is headed to the Kentucky House of Representatives after passing the State Senate last week.

3rd District State Senator Whitney Westerfield says the legislation calls for changes to the way no-knock warrants are handled by law enforcement.
