The Princeton Police Department was busy serving several indictment warrants at the Caldwell County Jail Wednesday.
Officers served 54-year old James Tucker, of Princeton, a Caldwell County Indictment Warrant charging him with first-degree stalking, violation of a Kentucky EPO/DVO, alcohol intoxication in a public place, and second-degree fleeing or evading police.

The charges stem from March when Princeton police responded to a call in the area of Highland Baptist Church and found Tucker beating on a vehicle with occupants inside. Police said they discovered Tucker had an active warrant for violation of a protective order to stay away from the occupants inside the vehicle. He was arrested and lodged in the Caldwell County Jail.
Officers served Caldwell County Indictment Warrants at the jail to 35-year old Sherry Lindle and 41-year old Zindell Lindle, both of Madisonville, charging them with possession of drug paraphernalia, second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, first-degree possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamine, possession of a forgery device, theft of identity, and first-degree persistent felony offender.

The couple is accused of attempting to cash a forged check at Food Giant in Princeton in April. An employee of the grocery store reportedly followed the couple to the Dollar General and when police arrived they got a search warrant for the vehicle. During the search, officers said they found numerous fake checks, a printer, black check stock paper, failed check copies, along with meth and drug paraphernalia. The couple was arrested and booked into the Caldwell County Jail.
Officers also served a Caldwell County Indictment Warrant at the jail to 43-year old Billy Waynick, of Princeton, charging him with reckless driving, license to be in possession, first-degree possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamine enhanced by firearm, and possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.

The charges stem from an April traffic stop when a Caldwell County Sheriff’s deputy witnessed Waynick driving recklessly and during an investigation reportedly found him in possession of meth and a gun.
And officers served a Caldwell County Indictment Warrant on 21-year old Alexander Ramirez, of Princeton, charging him with second-degree assault.
