Caldwell Announces 17th COVID-19 Case

Caldwell County is reporting its fourth new case of coronavirus in a week.
Pennyrile District Health Department spokesman Josh Ramage confirmed Friday the county’s 17th case. He adds the case involves a 52-year-old male who is isolated at home.
Ramage notes the county currently has four active cases with the remaining thirteen released.
The fourth case comes after a case involving a 51-year-old female was announced Thursday and two others were reported Monday. Friday’s case is the fifth case reported since the end of an eight week period that saw no new cases within the county.
