The sun was shining brightly in the Fredonia Valley Saturday, as the annual Fredonia Valley Festival was in full swing at the Buddy Rogers Ballpark.
People from the Fredonia area, as well as from surrounding communities, gathered at the park for a day full of games, food, raffles, music, and a lot of fun and visiting. The Parade on Friday kicked off the Festival with Grand Marshals Angie and Matt Prowell leading, but on Saturday, Angie had switched positions and was back to serving as one of the coordinators of the Festival. She gave a report of the activities for the day.
