
Several individuals in Caldwell and Christian counties were indicted by the Caldwell County Grand Jury this month on drug possession charges.
A true bill was returned on Harry Alan Alfred of Hopkinsville on charges of first-degree possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
The charges stem from an incident in May, which was investigated by state police.
Dustin Baker of Princeton was indicted on charges of first-degree possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamine, and first-degree promoting contraband.
The charges are from a June investigation by the Princeton Police Department.
Jonathan Ketchey of Princeton was indicted on charges of first-degree possession of a controlled substance – meth, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
The charges stem from a June investigation by state police.
The grand jury returned two indictments on Mary Beth Belt, also known as Mary Adams, of Princeton. The first indictment is from a May investigation by state police on charges of improper parking in a fire lane/block traveled portion of the highway, first-degree possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamine, illegal possession of a legend drug, first-degree promoting contraband, and first-degree possession of a controlled substance – Oxycodone.
In a separate indictment, Belt was indicted on a single charge of first-degree possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamine from an investigation by state police in June.
Brandon Brasher of Princeton was indicted on charges of DUI-first offense, first-degree possession of a controlled substance – Oxycodone, possession of marijuana, second-degree possession of a controlled substance – mushrooms, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to illuminate head lamps, and no operator’s license.
The charges are from a Caldwell County Sheriff’s Department investigation in May.
