A Princeton man arrested on a warrant last week is facing an additional charge after he was found in possession of drugs.
Assistant Princeton Police Chief Shane Allison says 33-year-old Timothy Daniels was taken into custody shortly after 6:30 p.m. Friday on an active Caldwell County bench warrant charging him with failure to pay on a misdemeanor offense.
According to police, Daniels was also charged with first-degree possession of a controlled substance after he was found in possession of suspected meth during his arrest.
Daniel was lodged in the Caldwell County Jail.
