The Caldwell County Sheriff’s Office is asking the community to help make summer camp special for local kids.

The Sheriff’s Office is currently collecting supplies for the Kentucky Sheriffs’ Boys and Girls Ranch. The ranch provides a traditional camp experience for children from across the state, and officials say donations are essential to keeping things running smoothly.

The Sheriff’s Office has released a “wish list” of needed items. Those items include basic cleaning supplies like bleach, paper towels, and trash bags in both 13-gallon and 30-gallon sizes, as well as dining needs like plastic utensils and divided plates.

They are also looking for crayons, pencils, stickers, glue sticks, notebooks, masking tape, and pipe cleaners.

If you would like to help, you can drop off any of these items at the Caldwell County Sheriff’s Office in Princeton. Officials say every donation helps ensure the kids have a great time at camp this summer.
