The Music and Drama Departments at the Caldwell County High School have announced that the annual Spring Musical this year will be “Sponge Bob The Musical”. There will be 3 public presentations scheduled for Friday, March 13th, and Saturday, March 14th at 6:30 pm each night, and Sunday, March 15th at 2:00 pm at the Fine Arts Building at the high school.
High School Chorus teacher Emmy Gossett will be serving as the director for the program, with Miranda Meeks as the visual director, assisted by Alyssa Granstaff. This is the first year teaching at the local high school for Gossett who has a long history in helping and performing in musicals. She is excited about how hard the students are working on the presentation and enjoying preparing the students for the program.
