Caldwell County Reports One COVID-Related Death And Two New Cases


The Pennyrile District Health Department announced fifteen new coronavirus cases were confirmed over the weekend in its five-county district, along with four new deaths connected to the virus.
The health department reported one of the deaths linked to the virus was a 54-year old Caldwell County man who passed away on April 21.
The other COVID-related deaths included a 77-year old male in Lyon County who died on March 29th, a 57-year old Crittenden County female who passed away April 20th, and a 49-year old female in Livingston County died on April 22nd.
According to the health department, two new COVID-19 cases were confirmed in Caldwell County from Friday through Monday. Those cases are recovering at home and include a 4-year old male and a 3-year old female.
The other thirteen new cases in the district include a 15-year old female in Lyon County along with six cases in Trigg and three cases each in Crittenden and Livingston counties.
